How much do you charge?

My rate for individual and couples therapy sessions is $275 per session.

Do you accept insurance?

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, many insurance plans include out-of-network coverage that allows people to be reimbursed for some or all of the charges that they incur as a result of seeing an out-of-network provider like myself. I will provide you with all of the necessary documentation to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. Although I can answer some general questions about the reimbursement process, I recommend that you contact your insurance company with any specific questions about your coverage or limits directly.

How long does therapy usually take?
The length of treatment varies considerably from person to person. On average, most clients see me once per week for about 3-6 months. The length and frequency of your treatment will depend largely on the nature of your unique situation and your commitment to making the changes to build a happier, healthier life.
